The just recently launched SIA staffing report and rankings counted 224 staffing firms with $100 million or more in U.S. staffing profits, down 7% from 241 last year. Of the firms certifying for both this year's and last year's list, 75% a decline in profits. SIA research study analyst Kevin Chen suggests fewer companies arrived on the list this year since of decreasing budgets, longer sales cycles, and a more competitive landscape.

Highspring's ranking, based on annual profits, puts it amongst the top 15% of all staffing business in the U.S.
